Plain language, no surprises. Here is what we collect and how we use it.
When you sign up for tour news, enter the giveaway, or ask to be notified, we collect your name (if you provide it), your email address, and the closest city you pick. These sign-up forms are handled by Netlify Forms. We also use Google Analytics (GA4) to understand, in aggregate, how people use the site.
When you buy a ticket or sign up as a vendor, exhibitor, or sponsor, that registration is handled by our ticketing partner, Signup Forms, on their own platform under their terms.
We use your information to send event updates and early-bird news for the cities you care about, to run the giveaway, and to improve the site. That is it.
We do not sell your data. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email, or by emailing info@brickcities.org. To ask what we hold about you or to have it deleted, email the same address.
No purchase necessary. One entry per email address per month. Winners are notified by email. The giveaway is sponsored by Brick Cities.
